An agenda for a women's circle may include:

Introductions: Members of the circle share their intention for the circle.
Group Meditation: Short meditation to ground the group.
Topic Introduction: Sharing today's subject Why this subject? What’s the context? What’s the personal connection?
Individual Journaling: Free flow journaling for 5 -10 on the subject
Time to share (or not): Open sharing, thoughts, and feelings about the subject
Closing the Circle: Short meditations to close the circle
